Description
Rectangular hollow section (RHS) 50mm x 25mm
A structual steel great for machining, forming, being the easiest to weld and much easier to cut than stainless steel. It is a strong / hard, ferrous metal containing iron which makes it magnetic. It has poor corrosion resistance which is why it needs to be galavanised or painted when used outdoors.
Weight per meter guide: 2.15Kg for 2mm wall, 2.62Kg for 2.5mm wall, 3.07Kg for 3mm wall.
