As we aim to sell the products on our website as low as possible, delivery charges are not masked within our prices to be able to offer ‘free’ delivery for over a certain amount. For that reason only we have set the threshold at a £200 minimum order to acheive a £0 delivery charge to you.
For mainland UK orders when placed on a working day, they are aimed to be delivered within two working days after your order was placed.
Anything over 30Kg for ‘Medium parcels(2)’ will be an extra consignment charge of £7 – Anything over 20Kg for ‘Large parcels’ will be charged at £0.70 per extra Kg to max Kg
MAINLAND UK
Small parcels: Weighing 5Kg or less, with max length of 120cm. Then add the two shortest sides together then double that sum – if it equals 245cm or less it will be a £4 charge.
Medium parcels(2): Weighing 5Kg to 30Kg, with max length of 120cm x 76cm will be £7.95.
Large parcels: Weighing 20Kg, and over 120cm upto 300cm will be a £26 charge with a £5 discount for Business addresses (not any house registered as a Business) = £21 for this size.
Northern Scotland (all delivered in 5 working days)
Small parcels: Weighing 0-10Kg, with max length of 120cm. Then add the two shortest sides together then double that sum – if it equals 245cm or less it will be a £10.80 charge.
Medium parcels: Weighing 10Kg to 15Kg, with max length of 120cm. Then add the two shortest sides together then double that sum – if it equals 245cm or less it will be a £14.90 charge.
Medium parcels(2): Weighing 10Kg to 30Kg with max length of 120cm x 76cm will be a £20 charge
Large parcels: Weighing upto 20Kg, and over 120cm upto 300cm will be a £50 charge with a £5 discount for Business addresses (not any house registered as a Business) = £45 for this size.
Large parcels: Weighing 20Kg, and over 120cm upto 300cm will be a £60 charge with a £5 discount for Business addresses (not any house registered as a Business) = £55 for this size.
Northern Ireland (all delivered in 5 working days)
Small Parcels: Must all be a max length of 120cm. Then add the two shortest sides together then double that sum and it must equal 245cm or less. Upto 10Kg will be a £10.80 charge. For 10Kg to 15Kg will be a £14.90 charge.
Large parcels: 120cm to 300cm weighing upto 20Kg will be a £68 charge with a £5 discount for Business addresses (not any house registered as a Business) = £63 for this size.

Collection: Any item can be collected but only after a collection time is offered, as we don’t offer a counter service.
Cancelled orders: An order made from stock on our website if cancelled before it leaves us will be refunded in full. If an order was cut so size for your individual requirements, refunds excluding delivery will be deducted by 20% to 30% depending on the size, this will be at our descretion.
Failed delivery: In the event you are unable to receive the delivery and the item can not be left in a safe place. A charge of £10 will be deducted from the item when returned to us for sizes of 1.2 meters and under 10Kg. Anything over and above that size and weight it will be £20. The original delivery charge must also be deducted. Basically we will have been charged for sending and returning and we cannot be expected to lose that through no fault of our own.
Offloading: It is the customers responsibility to offload any and all items other than that which are able to be delivered to your door. If you do not have the mechanical means to offload larger orders, which then has to be delivered back to us, that charge will be deducted from the order before a refund is processed.
Returns: If you no longer want the order you receive from us we will refund in full the order amount excluding the delivery price we charged you. You will have to pay the delivery to return it to us. This must be done within 14 calendar days of you receiving the order. We can only do this for items that are advertised as stock, so not specially cut orders that were to your requirements.
Damaged orders / missing items: The products we sell are of course robust but in the unlikely event the item arrives damaged, please take a picture as it is handed to you by the courier. If handed to someone else on your behalf / left in a safe place, please take a picture as soon as you receive it and contact us without dealy and within 24 hours. We will then arrange a return to us with a refund of the full order charge back to you, and we will in-turn seek compensation from the courier. All packages are quality checked before leaving us and are packaged to prevent any damage, and recorded by CCTV at the same time to also make sure quantities are correct.
