Buying process

On buying products from our website you will be emailed to state we have received your order and we will be in contact as soon as possible to get this processed and subsequently paid for.  We have opted to do this for the following three main reasons.

  • We don’t need to handle or store your card details on our website so less complication and safer for you.
  • Stock control.  To ensure we have the items in stock depending on the size and quantity of your order before we take your money.  This is to save taking your money then you experiencing a big delay to receiving your order (we’ve all experienced that)!
  • To make sure you will pay just the right amount for a delivery charge.  We could include a higher ‘blanket’ to do this automatically, however we believe on not charging you anymore than we need to.
  • As you are buying raw steel there maybe some sharp edges, a coating of oil and some marks. We package to prevent damage and scratching while in transit from us but please note stock steel is transported before this (so after manufacturing) – unwrapped and unprotected.
