- What about the Business address cost reduction for the large parcels? A business address is deemed as an office building or other commercialand industrial building, so not a working from home Business address as our courier has set out.
- How long do I have to collect? We offer 14 days from when your order is paid for until collection before we will need to refund (inline with the refund policy) please see our ‘shipping/returns’ page.
- Do you deliver using your own vehicles? This is not a service we offer at the moment so everything is mail order.
