Description
Square hollow section (SHS) 20mm x 20mm
A structual steel great for machining, forming, being the easiest to weld and much easier to cut than stainless steel. It is a strong / hard, ferrous metal containing iron which makes it magnetic. It has poor corrosion resistance which is why it needs to be galavanised or painted when used outdoors.
Weight per meter guide: 1.12Kg for 2mm, 1.35Kg for 2.5mm.
